Cooking Instructions: Coat your fish, meat or vegetables with Outdoor Flavor seasoning. Cook by frying, searing, broiling, roasting or broiling. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Chef's Tip: Dip fillets (or any other food) in buttermilk before coating for a thicker coating and improved flavor. Filter previously used oil for best results.
