The side cleats located under the foot area improve stability and traction during lateral ascents. The flared profile of the frame also offers additional stability by maximizing grip and ease of movement. With a pivoting front crampon, a double rear crampon, and two 5-point crossbars, traction and stability are guaranteed to tackle rugged terrain or icy surfaces.

The flared frame design prevents snow accumulation under the snowshoe. With each step, regardless of conditions, snow sheds off the frame due to simple gravity. Moreover, the tapered sides limit friction between frames as you move. Additionally, the raised and streamlined rear profile of the snowshoe, along with the angled rear crossbar, reduce drag and minimize effort. It's an ingenious design that doesn't compromise flotation or traction.
