Product description

Hickory wood is a favorite among top BBQ chefs from Missouri to Texas and throughout the South. Renowned for its ability to smoke pulled pork, hams, bacon, and ribs, Hickory offers a classic smoke flavor that has stood the test of time. For a professional smoking experience, you can’t go wrong with Hickory. It also pairs well with neutral woods like alder or fruit woods such as apple and cherry. Start your journey to expert smoking with our Hickory Wood Chips!

All of our wood chips are thoroughly dried, and we ensure that all bitter tree bark is removed to provide you with maximum smoke from 100% all-natural wood. The chips are precision ground for a consistent, even burn. Each bag contains 242 cu. in. (3.96 L) of wood chips.

Since 1968, Smokehouse Products has been producing wood chips for use in our Big Chief and Little Chief smokers. We cherish the tradition of gathering with family and friends to celebrate the heritage of creating the finest smoked foods, and we’re excited to share that legacy with you.
