Cooking Instructions: Mix the Outdoor Flavor beer batter with your favorite beer or sparkling water until you get a thin consistency of pancake batter (about 1 cup to 1 cup), then dip your fillets into the runny batter and place in 350°F frying oil. Suggested internal food temperature is 160°F, then remove and enjoy.
Chef's tip: For a boost of flavor, try dredging your fillets in another Outdoor Flavor dry seasoning before dipping them in the liquid beer batter.
